Q: Do you guys do custom shirts?
A: Yes, if you have a custom shirt request for your ship, email us at Sales@BitterEndApparel.com or send us a DM on instagram @BitterEndApparel and we'll see what we can do.
Q: Will your shirts shrink when I wash them?
A: No! All of our shirts are pre-shrunk, meaning it will fit the same no matter how many times you wash it.
Q: How long will I have to wait for my products?
A: It all depends on what you ordered. Since this is such a small industry, each of our products are manufactured as they are ordered. It usually takes 2-3 days for shirts to be fulfilled, and an additional 3-4 days for shipping. That being said, we will send you emails every step of the way, as well as providing you with tracking information once your items are shipped.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, email us at Support@BitterEndApparel.Com with a description and picture of the defect and we will replace it free of charge. At this time, these are the only types of returns we allow.
Q: Help, I just got back from sea and have all this money and don't know what to do with it?
A: We suggest a few Bitter End Apparel shirts and a highly diversified portfolio as well as some holdings of precious metals. But what do we know.
Q: Are you affiliated with the Bitter End Yacht Club?
A: No, we are in no way, shape, or form affiliated with a yacht club. People who sail for fun are not our target audience.
